About the Organization:

Adv Anindya Malhotra Attorney with an experience of over 14 years in litigation and providing legal advise in various facets of law. Expertise in handling cases related to various economic offences filed under the PC Act, PMLA, IT Act, IPC, FEMA, FERA, NI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Advising and handling various matters related to Civil Law in relation to eviction of property, Partition of property, Suit for possession, Suit for Recovery, cases under the SARFAESI Act & Matrimonial disputes.

About the Internship:

Requirement for interns in the office of Mr. Anindya Malhotra. Internship shall be in online/virtual mode for a period of one month.

Period: One Month

Stipend: No stipend shall be payable to the interns.
