About the Internship: SimpliContract is looking for Legal-Interns to assist them and learn the ongoings of a Legal-Tech organization until the end of December.

Eligibility: Only Law students from reputable institutes with prior contracts and corporate law internships are eligible.

Preference would be given to students currently in their 4th and 5th year of studies.

Time period: Until the end of December

Internship Profile: The internship would comprise of performing contract analysis, extraction of key data and obligations from various contracts using AI, training Machine Learning Models, conducting fundamental and technical research on various elements of contracts and law.
