VAIDHA Law Journal is one of India’s leading law portal which provides high-quality legal content free of cost for the benefit of the legal fraternity. Its objective is to become an effective tool of information in this diaspora of legal expertise,believing in gaining and imparting knowledge in all fields of law.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Member would become an all-time student partner of VAIDHA. They would be part of our core committee and would help VAIDHA grow. The time period for this opportunity is one year.

Eligibility:-

· Students of all years are welcome for this opportunity

· Students who have already interned under VAIDHA can also apply.

Student Editor (Intern) would edit the content provided by the content writers. Students good at English and experienced in legal writing should only apply. The editors would be expected to edit 3/4 content per week. The time period for this opportunity is 6 months.

Eligibility:-

• Students of 1st/2nd/3rd/ 4th/ 5th Year of five years LLB,

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students of three years LLB

• LLM and PhD Students can also apply

*People with prior experience would be prioritized for this opportunity.

Interview Coordinator (Intern) would be responsible for assisting managers in contacting and relationship building and conducting interviews with Law Firms/ Advocates/ Law Colleges/ International Law Firms/ International Law Colleges.The time period for this opportunity is one year.

Eligibility – Students from any year of study having good communication skills can apply.

Content Writer would be asked to write articles/blog on current legal topics selected by them which should be in a range of 900-1500 words. The topics chosen by the interns would be previewed by the associates in charge.The time period for this opportunity is one month.

The interns would be expected to write 1 article/blog every week resulting in minimum 4 articles/blogs in a month for the internship completion.

• Students of 1st/2nd/ 3rd/ 4th/ 5th Year of five years LLB,

• 1st,2nd and 3rd year students of three years LLB

• LLM Students and PhD students can also apply

BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH VAIDHA LAW JOURNAL

• The deadlines for the submissions shall be flexible. However, the interns shall be required to submit a specific number of articles by the end of their internship period.

• A certificate of internship shall be provided at the end of the internship period and if worked well a certificate of merit or recommendation will also be provided.

• The articles and case summaries submitted by the interns shall be published on the ‘ VAIDHA LAW JOURNAL’ website with their name and other relevant details.

• All the members will also get a chance to publish their articles for free in VAIDHA

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

These Openings will provide students an opportunity to enhance their legal research, content creation and writing skills. It will also provide them more exposure and understanding of the legal world as the students will get to work with the experts from various facets of law.
