About the Organization:
Adv. Ramcharan Madan is an advocate practicing in the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
About the Internship:
The internship duration will be for 1.5 months starting from the 20th of June. It will be held physically. The work will relate to the following Fields of Law: Arbitration, IBC, Human Rights, Legal Aid, Bail (Civil, Commercial or Constitutional related) .
Positions Available: 1
Description of Work: Preparing notes, legal research, drafting and attending court.
Shortlisted candidates will go through a legal interview process. Stipend may be awarded based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria :
LLB students in 3rd-5th Year in 5year course and 2nd-3rd year in 3year course can apply. It is Essential for the individual to be available to attend court physically in Delhi NCR in the month of July. Students with prior commitments need not apply.
