The position is for an intern.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate is expected to do extensive research, study and interpret documents. Drafting work will also be allotted.

Practice Areas: Commercial laws/General Corporate laws/ M&A

Eligibility:

The candidate should be in the 3rd year or more in 5 year course or a 2nd year or more in 3 year course. The candidate should be available to work in the office. the candidate should be based in Mumbai only.

Duration: 2 month
