He has represented and continues to represent clients in matters before the Various High Courts, Supreme Court of India, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, School Tribunals, Competition Commission of India, Central Pollution Control Board and other various tribunals. He has been involved in arbitration (domestic and international) under renowned arbitration councils including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).
About the Internship:
Applications are hereby invited for the post of Two Legal Trainees at Prateek Gupta & Associates.
Eligibility:
1. You should have basic understanding of Corporate Laws.
2. Institution is irrelevant for shortlisting you.
3. This is a Physical Internship. Location is Delhi.
4. Other perquisites if found suitable.
