About the Organization:
Adv. Manuj Sabharwal is a professional having a dual qualification - a chartered accountant and a practising advocate, with a combined professional experience of 16+ years. I am skilled in dispute resolution (litigation – tax, civil, corporate, taxation, IBC, competition law and arbitration), consultancy and advisory - transaction advisory, agreement review, drafting, transfer pricing, international tax, insolvency, corporate tax and compliance.
About the Internship:
Candidates having good articulation with drafting/research skills would be preferred. Good knowledge of or exposure to Corporate Laws, International Tax / Tax would be a plus point.
Location of internship will be Green Park, Delhi from 10AM-7PM.
Stipend: Rs.5,000 (Can be increased based on performance)
Eligibility Criteria :
Students pursuing LLB course.
