The services include Intellectual Property litigation (including trademark, patent, copyright, design and other contentious issues; Patent Prosecution including trademark, patent, copyright, design, geographical indications, etc), Intellectual Property portfolio management, all Licensing assignments, Franchises and other IP related transactions including IP audit, custom complains and Registration.
About the Internship:
Assist lawyers and knowledge management teams in research on legal and economic developments. · Researching and summarizing latest legislative developments, precedents and economic trends in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Information Technology (IT). · Creating first-cut content of articles, blogs, and write-ups. · Assist the knowledge management and social media teams in maintaining the schedule of posts/updates.
Stipend - ₹5,000 per month.
Office Address - B-36, Sector – 132, Express Trade Tower, Noida Expressway, Noida 201303, National Capital Region of Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria :
Inttl Advocare is looking for onboard long-term interns for assessment internship. Law students in their final year, who are inclined towards research, knowledge management, and content creation and be a part of our research team responsible for knowledge dissemination and internal knowledge sharing initiatives at the firm.
The individuals ought to fulfil the following requirements - · Research-oriented mindset. · Eye for detail. · Ability to track and stay abreast of latest legal and economic developments, particularly related firm’s practice areas. · Flair for writing and passion for content creation.
