About the Project:
The project expects to 'restock the administrative tool compartment' for India by recognizing the legitimate designs and standards of administrative specialists and their parent bodies that best serve to make independent and responsible organizations. This arrangement is expected to help policymakers and controllers in forming designated upgrades in administrative systems and practices, and improve their comprehension of the potential for new innovations in the twenty-first century.
About the Role and Responsibility:
Part-time legal researchers and experts with ability in the financial administrations' area, who can help the NLSIU group as a component of their administrative drives. Candidates will be needed to dedicate a particular number of hours consistently to the task. The stipend will be talked about dependent on the experience of the candidate and the time focused on the undertaking.
Because of COVID-related limitations, commitment will be both, online and offline.
Eligibility:
The candidate should
Have a degree in law, and either a Masters degree or extensive professional experience
Have excellent research, writing and communication skills
Be familiarity with contemporary law and policy issues in the financial sector, along with demonstrable expertise in regulatory governance
