About the Organization:

Indian Journal of Corporate Law and Policy founded in 2020 based in Lucknow is a double-blind peer-reviewed, Triannual Journal. The Journal aims at providing in-depth coverage of the corporate legal issues and policy reviews in India and aims to cover different areas of Corporate Law which will include the following:- Companies Law, Competition Law, Banking & Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Securities Law, Venture Capital, Intellectual Property Rights, Aviation Law, E-Commerce Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate Laws, etc.

Eligibility:

The candidate should be in the 2nd year or above in a law course. A candidate with a background in the publication and interest in Corporate Law would be preferred.
