About the Job:

Their Mumbai office is on the lookout for Lawyers with 1/2 years PQE in Corporate/M&A matters with a reputed law firm.

Eligibility:

• Lawyers with 1/2 years PQE in Corporate/M&A matters with a reputed law firm.

• The incumbents would be expected to be team players from a good law school having a good academic record with good drafting and oral communication skills.

• Candidates should have relevant experience in legal due diligence, report preparation, drafting/ vetting of definitive agreements, transaction closing, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, compliance, etc.

• Candidates with Company Secretary qualifications will be given preference.

* The candidates selected can expect varied and challenging work experience and will be offered a remuneration commensurate with their experience and skillsets.
