About Job:
The position is for Company Secretary (CS).
Eligibility:
The candidate should have a PQE of 0-2 years. The candidate should be proficient enough in handling Private Equity, Due diligence, FEMA Matters, RBI filings, and Compliances falling under the Companies Act, 2013. The candidate should have good communication skills (both oral and written), a go-getter attitude and an eagerness to learn.
