About the Recruiter:

Mr Roshan Santhalia is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court in 2018. He has more than 9 years of post-qualification experience at the bar. His key areas of practice is representing clients in CBI and Economic Offence Wing investigations/trial, Enforcement Directorate proceedings under Money Laundering Act, other criminal offences under the Indian Penal Code; representing clients in contentious trademark/copyright/patent infringement litigation etc.

About the Job:

The position is open for one associate lawyer for his litigation chambers.

Eligibility:

The candidate should have a passion for the subject and should be willing to put in 10 - 12 hours per day (6 days) a week

Salary:

Compensation would be Rs. 30,000/- + incentives + expenses as per actuals.
