About the Internship: Immediate joining for para legal/trainee/fresh graduate/contract executive for contract management. Non- legal can also apply if able to meet skill set and JD requirement.

Eligibility: Basic knowledge of contract law, ability to manage large data, quick learner, good written English.

Location: Education company, based in Kalina, Mumbai. Work from home-Full time role.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for creating franchise agreements (fresh/renewals etc from standard templates and based on KYC)

2. Responsible for data management and publishing periodic dashboards on agreement status.

3. Responsible for streamlining, compliance, storage, data management.

4. Coordinate with area managers and partners for collecting and confirming data.

5. Work on improving process and ensuring data integrity.

6. Correspondences/ legal notices and reply with regard to violation under agreements/breach of contract.

Salary: Salary will be at par with industry standard, subject to candidate's competency.
