About the Job:

Bar and bench are looking for junior associates in the litigation chamber.

Eligibility:

• PMLA and Income Tax-related cases with 1-5 years of Post qualification experience in New Delhi.

Vacant position: Two (2)

Job Profile:

Nature of duties of Junior Associates, among other things, include:-

• Legal research and preparing briefing/case notes

• Drafting Appeals and Writ Petitions before the High Court of Delhi and SLPs and other pleadings before the Supreme Court

• Supervising filing of cases by clerks before the Supreme Court and High Court

• Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals

• Any administrative work relating to cases etc.

• Preference will be given to candidates with interest and background in Tax laws, Criminal Law, Administrative law, and Constitutional law.

Stipend/ Perks/ PPO:

Competitive Retainer plus discretionary bonus based on performance.
