About the Opportunity:

Mr. Aggarwal is looking for a law graduate. The role shall be limited to researching on any aspects of the law which would include finding judgments, appropriate provisions of the law, circulars, government policies, etc. The Candidate will be required to prepare opinions which may assist in devising legal strategies for different teams—Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate and Insolvency.

Eligibility:

Law graduates with great interest, skills, and zeal in Legal Research are encouraged to apply. In addition, Judiciary aspirants, Judicial clerks, and Legal Researchers may also apply. Final year students and Law freshers may apply if they only possess a versatile experience in Legal research and Drafting.

The Candidate must possess Proficient IT Skills, a knowledge of MS Office, dexterous drafting skills, observation skills, a great command over language, and a practice of regularly being updated on judgments, amendments, and government policies. A sound foundation or academic preparation is also preferred.
