Shivpati Pandey is an advocate of the Supreme Court of India. He is practicing law since 1981. He appeared before the Supreme Court in the famous case of terrorist Yakub Menon as a Counsel for the Government of India. He also appeared in the case of Sanjay Dutt before the Supreme Court of India as a Counsel for the Government of Maharashtra. He was a youth leader and President of his graduation. He was also the legal head of the Transport Corporation of India for more than 20 years. He also worked as a pro-bono counsel for many labors and unions.
